At BounceDown, we are committed to receiving and processing your order as soon as it is received. We work with local and national delivery services, so the order is tracked and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Within Australia (Australia Post)

Standard shipping within Australia is free for all purchases.

Delivery within 3 - 10* business days for standard shipping.

Express delivery within Australia is $19.95 AUD.          

Delivery within 2-5* business days for express shipping.

* These are estimated delivery times and BounceDown cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to peak periods or extreme weather conditions. 

International (Australia Post and various international services)

BounceDown is delighted to ship to international locations.

International standard shipping is $29.95 AUD.    

Delivery within 7-15* business days worldwide.

International express shipping is $40 AUD.

Delivery within 3-10* business days worldwide.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

All orders received before 3pm AEDT will be sent on the same day. Once shipped you will receive an automatic notification via email with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the process.

Peak periods such as public holidays may attract a longer processing time.
