Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed in the original packaging.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any sale items due to change of mind, unless it has been deemed faulty.
Return Process

Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria

Contact us at info@bouncedown.com.au to initiate your return. Include your order number and a description of the item including the size.

Upon approval, you will need to post the item back to use securely.
Free return shipping is available for Australian orders only. Customers outside of Australia are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note, items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed in the original packaging.
Free exchanges (including return shipping and re-delivery) are available for Australian orders only. International customers will need to cover the cost of return postage and re-delivery.
Simply e-mail us on info@bouncedown.com.au with your order number and size details to initiate your exchange. We will then send you a return label to print and place on your return item. Once the returning item is received we will ship out the new requested size free of charge.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged or incorrect contact us immediately at info@bouncedown.com.au so we can resolve the issue.
