Our Founder, Laura began the BounceDown journey in 2012 at a local surf club where she struggled with the challenges of finding a supportive swimsuit for her E- sized boobs.
“Week after week, I found myself running on the sand and diving into the ocean, feeling mortified by the constant bouncing.”
As I started to increase my training, enter open water swims, and compete in triathlon events, I noticed the glaring gap in the market and my local community for supportive and suitable swimwear.
I was so frustrated by the lack of options! In 2019, I decided to create a swimsuit that catered to not only my needs but other active, busty, and adventurous women just like me.
I wanted us to be seen in the water. Seen in our beauty and strength.
