What materials are your swimsuits made from?
We’ve invested extensive time and research into selecting the materials for our swimsuits, and where possible, prioritising environmental sustainability. Our swimsuits feature Carvico Vita, an eco-friendly techno-fabric made with regenerated ECONYL Nylon yarn. Not only is it gentle for our planet but also offers a soft, breathable feel with a combination of compression and comfort.
Are your swimsuits chlorine resistant?
Yes, our swimsuit is made with chlorine-resistant fabric to ensure long-lasting shape and colour. This fabric offers more than double the resistance to chlorine attacks, sun creams, and oils, compared to other fabrics.
Can I find matching swim accessories?
Not yet! Our founder and designer are currently working on it and we can’t wait to launch it later down the line. Until then, subscribe to our newsletter to find out about new drops, behind-the-scenes updates, and future product launches.
Can I purchase a gift card online?
Yes, you can purchase gift cards directly from our website. They make a perfect gift for your fellow well-blessed sisters!
Can I order two sizes to compare and return one?
Yes, you can order multiple sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit. Please ensure the tags are still attached, the item has not been worn and in its original condition. Return postage within Australia will be covered by BounceDown.
Do you have an option without underwire?
Not yet! We have chosen to launch with an underwired swimsuit, as it creates much better support and shape for our larger busts. Follow our socials to find out more.
If you don’t do my size, will a sister size fit me?
Yes, sister sizes will fit you! If you need to go up a band size, simply just go down a cup size. If you are unsure, please click here for our size guide and how to find your perfect fit! And if you need any further help, just contact us.

How can I be confident it will give me the breast support I need?
Breast support is at the heart and mission of BounceDown. This is our number one goal! We have spent many years designing, testing, and developing our swimsuit for our D, DD, and E-cup sisters. From the materials we use, the inclusion of underwire, the shape of the cups, and band support to the versatility of the straps - every element of the design has been carefully crafted to enhance breast support.
Where are your swimsuits made?
Our swimsuits are designed in Australia and made in Bali.
Do you have any other colours or styles?
Not yet! But new colours, patterns, and designs are being worked on every day. We would love to hear your thoughts, so get in touch if you have any ideas!
Care instructions
How should I care for my swimsuit?
Rinse your swimsuit with fresh water after each use, hand wash with mild soap, and lay flat to dry in the shade. Click here to find out more about how to care for your swimwear.
Can I machine wash my swimsuit?
It’s best to hand wash your swimsuit to maintain its shape and elasticity. If you decide to use a machine, place it in a mesh laundry bag and use a gentle cycle with cold water.
What is the best way to dry my swimsuit?
Lay your swimsuit flat to dry in the shade. If you can, avoid wringing it out or using a dryer.
Will the colour fade over time?
While all fabrics will fade eventually, following our care instructions will help maintain your swimsuit’s vibrant colour for as long as possible.
How long will my swimsuit last?
The lifespan of a swimsuit depends on usage and care. However we have taken many steps to create a durable and long lasting swimsuit that we hope will last you for many adventures. The durable Carvico fabric and proper care can extend the life of your swimsuit.

Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Can I return a swimsuit if it has been worn?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unworn swimsuits with tags still attached.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.
