- Bust: around the fullest part of your bust - support without squeezing!
- Under bust: around your ribs, where your bra usually sits. Keep the tape nice and snug to get an accurate fit.
- Waist: find the narrowest part of your waist for the perfect fit where our compression will offer core support.
- Hips: the widest part of your hips and bum. We’ve designed our swimsuit to stay put. We want to limit the wedgie issue if you get our drift.

- Your bust should be fully supported, with no gaps or spillage so you can feel secure whether you’re swimming laps or catching waves.
- Make sure the underwires are sitting flush against your chest without digging in any gaps and sitting comfortably underneath each boob. We have chosen to use underwires not only to give you great support, but also to create a flattering shape.
Pro Tip: Use the “scoop and swoosh” method to ensure you’re fully seated in the cups.
- High-performance compression lifts your bust while staying smooth and flattering.

The band is essential for keeping everything in place as you move. It should sit snugly across your back without digging in. Think of it as a second skin—secure yet flexible.

How do I determine my swimwear size
Shopping online can be intimidating. Especially when looking for supportive swimwear. If you are unsure of your measurements and which size to order, just contact us and we can help.
If I am between sizes, should I order up or down a size?
Please view our size guide for more information. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
If you don’t do my size, will a sister size fit me?
Yes, sister sizes will fit you! If you need to go up a band size, simply just go down a cup size. If you are unsure, please check our size guide and how to find your perfect fit! And if you need any further help, just contact us.
Can I order two sizes to compare and return one?
Yes, you can order multiple sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit. Please ensure the tags are still attached, the item has not been worn and in its original condition. All postage in Australia will be covered by BounceDown.
